Scanners are complicated and over 75% of all orders have follow-up questions days, months, or even years after purchase. Our staff are highly trained and we always try to go above and beyond for our customers. While we're always available, we sometimes need customers to problem-solve with us. While world-changing products such as the iPhone are easy to operate and use, scanners are a niche industry and sometimes arriving at a solution takes some patience. We always find a solution and will not leave a customer hanging if we’re stumped, but sometimes this involves some back and forth problem solving to eliminate issues.

Lifetime support is not unlimited support.
While we're more than happy to help and our lifetime technical support covers you as long as you own your scanner, support is not unlimited. Unfortunately, we have to say this due to some past overuse. Some examples that are not covered include (these have actually happened):
Teach you how to program. We highly recommend buying programming with your scanner. We created several video series that show you how to program, but we will not walk you through programming step-by-step.
Stay on the phone while you open your box and walk you through how to do everything. We can problem-solve issues but we will not provide unlimited personalized training without the purchase of that service.
Support is only for items you purchase from us. Example: If you buy earphones from us we cannot help you with your scanner.
We cannot stay on the phone for non-scanner related reasons. Ex: “You sell electronics, which _____ should I buy?”
Tried to update my TRX-1 and got message that certificate was invalid. Any help on this?
